Both AVP of RD and Alumni Relations have a lot of traffic just based on
initiatives currently existing. Putting both to RD seems a bit excessive...
what is the motivation of removing the committee when it seems Alumni
Relations has a role?

Well the committee is needed to run it... (Ex: SCEP runs UA Faculty Dinners=
). There are a lot of questions fielded, etc that requires a dedicated team=
