Yes, I'm pretty sure that's what he is saying. I have heard similar
complaints about course 10 classes. Though this is annoying, I also think
it's safe to say that most HASS classes don't take nearly 12 hrs of work per
week. Thus, any overloaded classes are compensated by the 8 subject HASS
requirement.
