Out of the ten constituents who replied to me when I asked for opinions
concerning this, three of them said It's a bad idea. Cited reasons include
"it's a great area for peopel to eat lunch, putting outlets there would just
enable table hogging" and "there are plenty of outlets there, I never have
an issue" and "$1200 is way too much for outlets. Don't waste money." The
other seven were excited and replied YES in caps.
