I've finally finished my draft of the operating guidelines. I think it
is mostly reasonable, though I already know of a bunch of stuff to
discuss tomorrow. You can get it at

Please note that this document does *not* necessarily represent the
views of the UA, Senate, FPRC, or myself.
If you have things you'd like to make sure we discuss, please email me.
Please do *not* email the list --- I'd like to avoid a long,
unproductive discussion over this mailing list. After tomorrow's
meeting, we can discuss things over email.
Speaking of tomorrow: We're meeting at 9PM tomorrow (Monday) to discuss
the drafts. We'll probably start with Finboard, ASA, and LEF/ARCADE. If
we have enough time, we'll move on to Operating and any other sections.
Please try to read at least those three sections and be ready to comment
on them.
