We'll be meeting 9-10PM on Monday.
Only one of you have gotten drafts to me at this point... (That one person
is, sadly, not me.) Please get me (at ua-fprc-chairs@mit.edu,
ua-fprc-members@mit.eud, or ua-fprc@mit.edu at your discretion) drafts by
Saturday at 3PM, so that everyone has a chance to look over them before
the meeting on Monday. (If you send to just me, I'll forward them
to -members on Saturday, and/or reply to you with feedback before then.)
My plan for Monday is to go through the drafts that we have, subsection by
subsection, making comments. We'll also talk briefly about anything that
needs to be added to the documents. After that, somebody (generally
not the author, and ideally somebody who made both meetings) will be
assigned to revise the drafts. Those revisions will be due in two
meetings, with the intervening meeting likely covering the reserve, the
role of the UAT, or summer expenditures.
Anyway, looking forward to receiving drafts from everyone by *Saturday*,
and seeing everyone again on *Monday*.
