Dear ASA, UA, GSC, IFC, Panhel, LGC, and Dormcon:
Hope that you all are doing well.
As the Campus Activities Complex Advisory Board meetings are going to begin=
again, we will be looking for representation from your organization to ser=
ve on this body. The Board gives recommendations and advice to the Directo=
r of the Campus Activities Complex. The Board provides feedback on policy =
and program development as well as suggestions for new and improved service=
s and amenities that the CAC could provide for the community. The Board me=
ets 5 - 6 times per year.
This fall's meetings will be:
Tuesday, October 4th from 4:30 pm to approximately 6 pm.
Tuesday, November 1st from 4:30 pm to approximately 6 pm.
Tuesday, December 6th from 4:30 pm to approximately 6 pm.
Please let me know by next Friday, 9/23, who will be representing your orga=
nization, so we can send out an agenda for the first meeting as well as pla=
n the food for the meeting.
