Hello,
I am a Social chair for McCormick Hall and together with Simmons and
sponsoring support from LEF and DormCon, we are throwing a Fall Formal event
inviting all undergraduates at the Roxy this Saturday. However, we did not
receive the expected amount of funding from some of our sponsors and we have
not received any word from another expected source of funding, Weekends@MIT,
for funding of our event. We are worried we will not be able to pay in full
the amount for the venue and transportation. Please let us know if we
qualify for emergency funding to cover our costs.
