Our best suggestion is that you see and SELECT the cars you want to
bid from our auction system.
Its very open, honest, trasperent!
Our fees of JPY 85,000/- (USD 950/-) will cover local inland
transportation of vehicle from the auction site to the yokohama
warehouse,
Storage of vehicle, organising vehicle for inspection (cleaning
/washing etc),
handling of export process from japanese port, Custom clearing in
japan,
sending over the documents from japan to singapore for the vehicle
export from japan and
negotiation with singapore bank on Letter of credit.
However You will save alot of money because all dealers also buy from
auction and
you are saving that dealers profit margin ( usually 15 % at least) by
doing direct auction bidding yourself.
JAAI Charges will be JPY 35,000/- because it involves inland
trasportation as well plus inspection cost itself.
So please advise...
1.What specific vehicles do you wish to buy from auction - give us the
lot number after you have seen them on auction site.
2.Look for the value of the vehicle sold - past history..statestics.
3.Then organise the deposit payment 30%.
Leter of Credit Payment Surcharge 10% option:
We are working on very low margin - it does not allow us to finance
vehicle because when we buy/bid from auction, it is upfront money
100%.
We will charge 10% surcharge of LC value if you want us to finance the
vehicle purchase untill
LC gets discounted by bank which itself is tadious long process.
However if you decide to skip LC and do balance payment upon
successful bidding, we will not charge you 10% surcharge.

Storage of vehicle, organising vehicle for inspection (cleaning /washing etc), <br />
handling of export process from japanese port, Custom clearing in japan, <br />
sending over the documents from japan to singapore for the vehicle export from japan and <br />
negotiation with singapore bank on Letter of credit. <br />

However You will save alot of money because all dealers also buy from auction and<br />
you are saving that dealers profit margin ( usually 15 % at least) by doing direct auction bidding yourself.<br />
<br />
<span style="color: rgb(255, 0, 0);">JAAI Charges will be JPY 35,000/- </span>because it involves inland trasportation as well plus inspection cost itself.<br />

So please advise...<br />

1.What specific vehicles do you wish to buy from auction - give us the lot number after you have seen them on auction site. <br />
2.Look for the value of the vehicle sold - past history..statestics. <br />
<span>3.Then <span style="color: rgb(255, 0, 0);">organise the deposit payment 30%</span>.</span><br />

<span>Leter of Credit Payment Surcharge 10% option:<br />
</span>We are working on very low margin - it does not allow us to finance vehicle because when we buy/bid from auction, it is upfront money 100%.<br />
We will charge 10% surcharge of LC value if you want us to finance the vehicle purchase untill <br />
LC gets discounted by bank which itself is tadious long process.<br />
However if you decide to skip LC and do balance payment upon successful bidding, we will not charge you 10% surcharge.</p>
