Hey everyone,
This is just a friendly reminder that you should be responding to the
committee applications as I forward them to you. If you have been
responding, but have not CC'd me or your -chairs list, let me know so I know
our applicants have received responses. I would like each committee chair to
at least acknowledge the receipt of the applications by Wednesday. You are
free to interview / pick committee members on your own schedule though, as
long as it is reasonable.
If you want to check in that you've received and responded to all your
applicants, let me know and I can give you a list of for your committee.
Some committees have responded to every app and others haven't responded to
any. Again, please take care of this by Wednesday.
