Call to order 7:05

Two more meetings of this Exec. Final pieces of committees.

CSL: Might need discresh money for publicity will talk after. Athena
report needs to go before Senate.

Enrollment: Working on some prose.

SCEP: Student faculty dinners are overallocating by $2000. We probably
won't reach that because of dropoff, but we can always steal from next
year if too much is spent. Violations have preemptive emailing for
repeat offenders. Advising report is coming along.

Athletics: Report draft coming really soon like Friday or Saturday.

Dining: Open forum at 7:30. Bring concerns. HDAG has a meeting Friday
and more next week. Presented DPC report last week. Need to go over
making the meal plan optional for all students (they should crunch
these numbers, but unclear), late night options (looks good), having
MIT run their own dining system (unlikely). Minutes are going through
a long review process, and arne't too detailed. If you're an athlete
go to the forum for athletes and dining. W1 will have three a day all
you can eat seven days a week. Entrance is somehow going to be outside
security.

Vrajesh: Transition is going okay. Faculty meeting happened.

CommComm: Tomorrow at MacGregor is a Community Conversation with three
DAPER reps. Working on the poster.

NomComm: Sent out emails. Sending out rejection emails soon.

Senate: Agenda by 5 pm Friday, text by Saturday 2 pm. Senate Officer
elections on Monday. We got on CNN last week. We also talked about
dining and the Constitution for a while.

Sustainability: Tying up projects now. Tomorrow is Earth Day; big fair
in lobby 10 from 11:30 to 1:30. Free notebooks from recycled Athena
paper. Steve Lanou will come to Senate on Monday to talk about this.

Class Councils have all passed the Class Council Constitution.

Constitution going to Senate on Monday.

Athletics Visiting Committee is coming up.

MTVU contract signed so check is in the mail. Kaplan check should be
coming tomorrow or next week.

Adjourned 7:29.
