If you try to publicly make them lose face, or humiliate them, then they
will get more defensive, and we will never make any progress. Whether they
are right or wrong, they will stand till the end so they *don't* lose face.
It's human nature; if we were dealing with intellectuals we wouldn't have
this problem.
As such, I strongly recommend not taking this form of action.
