Status of Spring reimbursements

In light of the bill passed in Senate tonight, I'm updating you on the
status of Spring reimbursements. SAFO has not yet transferred the fall
budget out of the accounts and the spring budget in, and I'd like to
wait to submit vouchers until after those transfers have happened. I
talked to Kerri on Friday, and she indicated that it was going to happen
in the next business day or two. It hasn't happened yet, but I'm
checking the accounts once or twice a day. Once the money gets moved,
I'll be submitting the vouchers in the next day or so. After that, I'd
expect SAFO to take another week or so.
