In agreement with allegations from Attorney General of Colombia =20
against the Venezuelan regime in the Inter-American Court of Human =20
Rights, in the United Nations, the International Court of The Hague, =20
and any other multilateral body. Such instances were visited by the =20
Venezuelan opposition to challenge the recent presidential elections =20
in which there was fraud. A United Nations commission already went to =20
Guyana and another one to Colombia. The planet is horrified with =20
conflicts invented by this regime and the international community has =20
decided to provide all possible support to our neighbors. Now we need =20
the full support of Guyana and Colombia to unmask this neototalitarian =20
and illegitimate regime, because as friendly states they have tools =20
that ordinary citizens lack.
We distributed hundreds of flyers on Liberate Leopoldo L=F3pez at upper =20
Carapita and on the subway. Everyone receives them. There are almost =20
no officialists left. At Popular Will we count on popular networks as =20
a fundamental base structure to ensure that social work will lead to =20
political work. The government elite blames adversaries of all evil, =20
they seek every possible excuse to ignore the serious crimes of hate =20
in which incurred throughout their long, wrong lives. Absolutely all =20
the damage they have done will get back to them as we?ll foster a =20
better Venezuela with laws that promote justice and punishment to =20
crime. When laws are strictly enforced, the public is aware that it =20
must act according to the law; otherwise citizens are punished or =20
detained. Let's encourage the enforcement. Contempt for the law has =20
led many people to commit crimes and violate the rights of other =20
people; one of the violated human rights is precisely the imposition =20
of a hostile environment enabling homophobia.
Citizenship concentrated on Friday September 4, 2015 near the =20
courthouse in downtown Caracas. Thanks to Popular Will activists from =20
Lara, Aragua, Carabobo and Vargas for joining us in Caracas during the =20
hearing of Leopoldo L=F3pez. Thanks to Henry Ramos Allup for sharing =20
experiences of his political career with Popular Will and reaffirming =20
the Unity. We agree on a lot. Henry Ramos talked with Eduardo =20
Battistini, Luis Florido, Freddy Guevara and me about the need to =20
return to a bicameral congress where a federal senate in addition to =20
the deputies is restored. And he told us how he ridiculed those who =20
held him in Maiquet=EDa airport until his release. We witness that =20
finally we have a very strong and cohesive Democratic Unity Roundtable.
Thanks to Ramos Allup who shared ample time in conversation without =20
hurry and without agenda, with those who concentrated near the =20
courthouse. Unlike Julio Borges and Maria Corina Machado who arrived, =20
had pictures taken, declared to the press and immediately took off. It =20
gives the impression that Ramos Allup now depends on the current =20
membership of Popular Will to perpetuate the positive that is left of =20
the old Democratic Action. Otherwise he would not have shown much =20
interest in sharing with us on equal conditions. When politicians have =20
more important things to do than connecting with militancy, they throw =20
an inconvenient image of arrogance. Ramos Allup rejuvenated while =20
Machado and Borges aged. Whoever is better behaved between Borges and =20
Ramos Allup we will win the presidency of the National Assembly. =20
Allusions to third nominations are heard. For the time being there =20
seems to be no one else but the two of them to take that position. Any =20
youth perhaps? Which machinery will this young count with to promote =20
his candidacy against any of them? And who is this young man?
Tamara Adrian there told us that the absence of sexually diverse =20
pro-government candidates unfortunately hit red activism hard. The =20
Democratic Unity Roundtable is credited with including sexually =20
diverse candidacies that will fight for the adoption of equal =20
marriage, unfinished PSUV promise that has led to a huge migration of =20
votes out of the revolution. The MUD has accurately understood the =20
significance of the most important issue in this election campaign, =20
which alone will be enough to free us of this nefarious =20
castrocommunism. Guaid=F3?s prison for a few hours motivated him to be =20
one of the most applauded speakers during various pronouncements he =20
made. At 4 pm left the concentration from the church of Santa Teresa =20
to the front of the courthouse where we sang the national anthem, at a =20
site where Leopoldo L=F3pez and the officers could hear us. Then we took =20
the subway in giant crowd. I talked to Freddy Guevara in the subway =20
wagon, and told him there in front of all the passengers how I changed =20
my mind after voting for Maduro to integrate at the opposition. Freddy =20
Guevara in the car explained the activity with his megaphone and we =20
all arrived at the Bol=EDvar Plaza of Chacao where the vigil continued.
We have concluded that the words "socialist", "the right", etc are =20
just words that politicians use in our sole convenience. Many identify =20
themselves as socialists because it rings fashionable just as few are =20
identified as the right because it sounds ugly. Being socialist in =20
Venezuela is simply a buzzword to capture votes. It is up to =20
opposition parties to design untold strategies leading to a discourse =20
that will allow healthy debate of proposals. Many government =20
supporters admit that Leopoldo L=F3pez? strategy of having facilitated =20
his arrest has worked for him, because Maduro alone is building a new =20
Chavez whose popularity increased being jailed.
A week later we went back near the courthouse. Popular Will activists =20
led by the metropolitan council Gladys Castillo were supported by a =20
group led by Justice First metropolitan council M=E1ximo S=E1nchez, which =
=20
gives us hope that our parties will continue smoothing roughness. =20
There was a red point blaring government slogans and officialist =20
music. Before noon Bolivarian National Guard and Bolivarian National =20
Police surrounded us and gave way to violent groups who rushed to hit =20
us with tubes, they threw us bottles, burned our flags, stole our =20
wallets and cell phones and prevented us to assist those who fell to =20
the ground. Our activist Horacio Blanco suffered a heart attack and =20
was denied being transferred promptly to emergency room, he arrived to =20
Vargas hospital without vital signs. Some groups had to take shelter =20
in nearby shops who lowered their gates. We have taken the decision =20
not to respond violently to those who were violent against us, to =20
provide no excuse for the regime to suspend elections.
We had the opportunity to chat briefly with Chuo Torrealba, to whom I =20
expressed that decent officialists, though still consider Capriles =20
guilty of inciting violence in 2013 and L=F3pez guilty of inciting =20
violence in 2014, now considered several ruling party leaders guilty =20
of inciting violence in 2015. 33% of Popular Will activists come from =20
officialism and our strategy is to expand this proportion to grow =20
further. We need to adapt our strategies to convince them to join the =20
opposition understanding where they come from. Many opponents are =20
already identified with other parties or otherwise they hate politics. =20
Our growth is grounded in capturing the electorate who voted for the =20
ruling party and are now unhappy with the PSUV. Popular Will activists =20
are irreverent and are not intimidated by those who claim being the =20
opposition by trying to impose hate agendas. We search all rights for =20
all people.
Our publications are for immediate consumption and not necessarily =20
reflect a commitment to ideological adherence. They receive an average =20
of 4,000 daily visits via web and reach two million subscribers =20
monthly via email. All our opinions are of immediate international =20
public domain and seek to foster fruitful debates that generate =20
changes in preset opinion matrices. Examples of stubbornness persist =20
with deep resentment and desire for revenge, which hinder the =20
inclusion of officialist discontents as equals in a wide and diverse =20
majority opposition. Popular Will after four years now presents as a =20
more mature party than what we were used until recently. Its rapid =20
growth has led to exchange of fresh ideas between new militancy and =20
its founders, and we are consolidating as the most promising reference =20
toward the future of the Democratic Unity Roundtable and of Venezuela.
That week was atypical due to completion of the trial against Leopoldo =20
L=F3pez, but the next week we resumed our activism in the southwest of =20
Caracas and the Tuy Valleys. As is public knowledge, in both areas =20
there are many pro-government militants who don?t feel well served by =20
current authorities. No doubt there are some interesting proposals in =20
JPSUV, but at the circuits mentioned candidates are much plugged =20
Jacqueline Far=EDas and Elias Jaua, none of which represents the change =20
we all want. The word "people" is derogatory because it places =20
citizens as likely to be manipulated by corrupt elites. The continued =20
economic deterioration has convinced many parties to withdraw from the =20
Great Patriotic Pole and has recently increased the number of =20
enrollments at parties belonging to Democratic Unity Roundtable. Next =20
year we will have an opposition Congress that will counter other powers.
We do not want the elections to be suspended. We want to participate =20
in them having international observers and we expect to win them. =20
Ramos Allup declared that we have high chances of winning the popular =20
vote in all states because the ruling party strongholds of the past =20
have strongly changed their preference for the Democratic Unity =20
Roundtable. Don?t miss old times because we have persist in usual =20
barbarism. In military and dictatorial regimes such as Gomez?, P=E9rez =20
Jim=E9nez?, and Maduro?s human rights have been violated and our =20
political rights have been infringed and repressed. Aggressiveness is =20
accomplice to the murder of Horacio Blanco, activist of Popular Will, =20
who died product of violent ambush from hordes whose dissolved the =20
peaceful rally we held near the Palace of Justice.
Vente Venezuela supports the candidacy of MIN-Unity in the circuit 3 =20
of Lara. MIN-Unity supports the candidacy of PSUV in the circuit 3 of =20
Miranda. Does this mean that Mar=EDa Corina Machado swung vote in favor =20
of the ruling party? In any case we applaud she has withdrawn her =20
previous resounding rejection of dialogue. We warned Mar=EDa Corina =20
Machado?s team about many contradictions since the end of 2013. We =20
spent a lot of time being available to them. We strived to explain =20
that the fourth phase of the exit must have occurred before the =20
second. Perhaps Maria Corina Machado needs to know officialism =20
thoroughly; put herself in their shoes, like years ago we made that =20
decision when we integrated with Tupamaros. Maybe that's a positive =20
learning as her current knowledge of the country is incomplete. But =20
she runs with the MIN-Unity card in the circuit 3 of Miranda backing =20
the PSUV candidate William Ojeda who is the adversary of our =20
Democratic Unity Roundtable candidates Miguel Pizarro and Angel =20
Alvarado.
We do not yet recover from the stupor when she adversed Freddy Guevara =20
in the circuit 2 of Miranda, as he had supported Maria Corina Machado =20
for everything during 2014. Who is against the Democratic Unity =20
Roundtable is officialist. Indeed at the Democratic Unity Roundtable =20
we eagerly remember that our ticket is to the bottom left, the =20
MIN-Unity ticket has similar colors and nearby, during weeks we have =20
denounced it as a trick of the ruling party to win votes from =20
opponents mistaking tickets unintentionally. It seems that Maria =20
Corina Machado follows the example of her deputy Ricardo S=E1nchez, who =20
strongly swung his vote months ago. After talking with Ramos Allup and =20
Chuo Torrealba in recent days, we see very clearly their strategy to =20
take control of the National Assembly in a few months. It is =20
unfortunate that Mar=EDa Corina Machado has decided to break the unity =20
and did not engage in consensus with them. Now she just chooses to =20
support tickets funded by officialism. When Mar=EDa Corina Machado goes, =20
we're coming back. The divisionism against Democratic Unity Roundtable =20
with whom she now flirts, we concluded months ago that as harmful.
We suggest again to Mar=EDa Corina Machado a disciplined return to =20
unitary rail if she is to really add sympathies to her aspirations for =20
the governorship of Miranda. Because she is now with MIN-Unity, an =20
officialist ticket that has Petare flooded with expensive advertising =20
campaigns: "Sucre deserves better ? neighborhoods speak ? Enough =20
anarchy. William Ojeda." Meanwhile the Democratic Unity Roundtable =20
does not have resources to match such advertising opulence on the =20
circuit where I live. Copei has had the bravery to forget their ticket =20
and add its militancy to the service of the Democratic Unity =20
Roundtable, unpretentious to aim for no office, as compensation for =20
the shameful spectacles that were offered as a result of its internal =20
diatribes in recent months. Technically it is not a decision of Copei =20
but of Copeyans dismissed by the Supreme Tribunal of Justice. The =20
current board of directors of Copei, just like MIN-Unity, is closely =20
related to decisions from the ruling party.
Maria Corina Machado betrayed those who liked and supported her for so =20
long and now she will endure loneliness. I swung from the ruling party =20
to the opposition and now Maria Corina Machado swings from opposition =20
to the government. With this zero-sum game it will be very difficult =20
to beat officialism. Precisely to avoid this controversy Popular Will =20
decided to abandon the aspiration of mixed ticket and embraced the =20
unity card ticket so that the rest of the Democratic Unity Roundtable =20
won?t accuse us as officialists. What is relevant is that she is =20
outside the Democratic Unity Roundtable by choice, because we did our =20
best to keep everyone together. A recent memory arises on how we lost =20
winning mayors for Caracas and El Tigre, among other cities, as the =20
opposition competed with two candidates and thus weakened before a =20
triumphant officialist candidacy.
Although officially Popular Will is center-left, our activists =20
recognize the need for economic liberalization and to provide =20
opportunities for private investment and free markets. Free and =20
organized citizens need to form systems that will meet the =20
shortcomings of the populist state, and instill culture, education, =20
principles and values to the benefit of future generations. Religious =20
beliefs vary from religion to religion, for that reason it is common =20
for countries to have recently opted for secularism to protect =20
citizens from harassment and intolerance promoted by religions. The =20
Christian and Islamic fundamentalists are increasingly violating the =20
civil and human rights that have conquered through hard effort.
Our priority is to achieve migration of votes formerly cast to PSUV =20
for the Democratic Unity Roundtable. For this reason it is crucial to =20
incite sexually diverse officialists to vote massively for the =20
opposition. Only then we will achieve majority. But we will watch =20
supporters of homophobia for not using this new electorate for purely =20
populist purposes. When people are annoyed of a political party, a =20
dirty shirt of a given color is removed and a clean shirt of another =20
color is worn. Pollsters incur in the business of measuring that =20
aggregate process to the national level. Homophobics may choose to =20
vote for officialism ruling were no sexually diverse candidacies are =20
offered. They will be new swing voters, guilty for motivating =20
persistence of this horrendous castrocommunism that does not let us =20
progress. The priority is not that opposition militants continue =20
behaving as such. If they do not seek to become government they will =20
safely follow recipe for a new, crushing electoral defeat, as =20
brilliantly explained by Jos=E9 Vicente Rangel in his Sunday show. No =20

We accompanied Democratic Unity Roundtable candidates Manuel Garcia =20
and Felicidad Villegas in the circuit 6 of Miranda, municipalities =20
Crist=F3bal Rojas (Charallave), Sim=F3n Bol=EDvar (Yare), Lander (Ocumare =
=20
del Tuy) and Urdaneta (C=FAa) house by house in low income hills. Almost =20
everyone said they were officialist and yet they we said they will =20
vote for the Democratic Unity Roundtable. It is our commitment to keep =20
the good work without mistakes for not disappointing responsibility we =20
are assuming before them. We do not have access to the new urbanisms =20
of housing mission, but we will try to visit all the popular, =20
traditional sectors of the circuit during the rest of the campaign. =20
It's much tastier campaigning on the street where you see people happy =20
and hopeful, than reading bitterness in social networks by those who =20
have never learned to do street politics and simply complain about =20
everything we done by us who kick the street. Happy Birthday =20
Democratic Action! The activists of Democratic Unity Roundtable =20
parties gathered that morning in the neighborhoods of Charallave, we =20
sang happy birthday to that party and we appreciate their contribution =20
to the current growing unity.
We need technicians, economists, people who achieve a change of =20
course. For this reason we participate in the National Team Activists =20
(ENA) Popular Will Guilds, where professionals from many sectors are =20
debating proposals for the country to help shaping the Best Venezuela. =20
In popular areas of Charallave the Popular Will team promised to =20
provide paint, metal fences and other supplies to repair a sports =20
field in poor condition. The locals made a commitment to provide =20
labor. For those who accuse us of populist: PSUV with more resources =20
cannot even match that gesture. Is anyone perhaps proposing such =20
sports field to remain in poor condition indefinitely? We promise what =20
we can deliver. We have no time to waste in sterile discussions with =20
moaners in slippers who require photographic evidence to believe our =20
involvement in recent activities; we rather invite them to join =20
communications teams of Democratic Unity Roundtable. Photographers and =20
reporters need to disclose our street activities with greater impetus.
Our energies are concentrated to form the new militancy of Popular =20
Will we have recently helped recruit, which amply outweighs any =20
dismissal or threat from undaunted radicalism threatening to walk out =20
of the Democratic Unity Roundtable to play along to the government. =20
Strength and faith! The whole Democratic Unity Roundtable is also on =20
the correct side of history, we have used 2014 and part of 2015 for =20
airing differences and contradictions, but in parishes and circuits we =20
quickly merge to the best around our winning candidates. Equal =20
marriage reinforces our motto of all rights for all people. And =20
certainly we are talking to people who ask for lunch and beer case, =20
sometimes we may please them but in general we are warning that =20
officialism will soon come as drug dealer with gifts to entice them =20
back to the revolutionary addiction.
At grassroots areas citizens are very focused on the problems =20
requiring solution, and do not show off pride from wealthy classes =20
that behind a keyboard pretend to impose radicalism. Many officialists =20
take us so seriously they will vote for the Democratic Unity =20
Roundtable; there are possibilities if we continue the good work to =20
win circuits 6 and 7 of Tuy Valleys in Miranda which everyone had =20
given up for lost. To campaign in upper class areas is difficult: =20
people walk in a bad mood, they slam the door on you, and without any =20
political experience they nevertheless insist on lecturing political =20
parties how to proceed. In the popular classes, receptivity is much =20
more enthusiastic. Perhaps we are observing that upper classes very =20
critical of the opposition negotiated with the recent Bolibourgeoisie =20
of PSUV to care for their economic interests, as the vast majority are =20
with the change proposed by the Democratic Unity Roundtable. So far =20
the officialist campaign has been to collect listings to award products.
We will win circuit 6 of Miranda provided that we persist in street =20
activities locally. The slum near the center of Charallave was the =20
first to which we went, however there are many other areas that must =20
be visited into which previously we had no access and still they do =20
not know us. In that circuit there are many new voters in housing =20
missions that were built for the victims of 1999 Vargas floods, which =20
are registered in new polling stations installed there to which we =20
still lack access. In Catia it is impossible to convoke opposition =20
demonstrations. We are still mourning the murder of Horacio Blanco =20
product of hate campaign funded by the Mayor of Caracas. Lawyers at =20
the Guild National Movement of Popular Will are building the file to =20
report the Horacio Blanco?s death as a homicide under systematic =20
crushing against demonstrations of dissent.
Those who suggest that the Democratic Unity Roundtable does not work, =20
and seem so important, so influential and so respectable, motivate =20
their followers to choose voting on other tickets, thus fostering =20
officialism to achieve their main goal to divide the opposition. In =20
the Democratic Unity Roundtable are represented all ideological =20
trends. With the attitude of rejection of Democratic Unity Roundtable =20
we demoralize the opposition and officialists provide arguments to =20
keep shouting a no return. Reading to opponents of the Democratic =20
Unity Roundtable is like reading any officialist. They seem to hate =20
the Democratic Unity Roundtable. Maybe they don?t hate them, but =20
neither do they seem to tolerate. For if you do not tolerate, how do =20
you pretend to be tolerated by the adversary? Intolerance is the enemy =20
of good policy. That is why in the Democratic Unity Roundtable we are =20
fighting hard to win a qualified majority in the National Assembly, to =20
allow us to remove the heads of the other branches of government and =20
convene a National Constituent Assembly, in order to restructure =20
completely the judicial, executive and legislative powers.
Divisions do not suit us, absolute discipline is sought. The future =20
will not necessarily emulate the past. We are now part of this and =20
would rather not lose our integrity and reputation through wrong =20
business. Some say the opposition are not sheep but lippy. That lack =20
of discipline always conveys our loss. Fortunately we are now millions =20
of former ruling party militants in the Democratic Unity Roundtable =20
and we are being successful in promoting the virtues of discipline, =20
and so now we will be winners. Meanwhile lippies and divisionists =20
settle for losing to exert permanent opposition as they do not want to =20
govern. Undaunted radicalism supporters find it unpleasant to realize =20
cold turkey that they followed failed strategies during too many =20
years. They should follow with discipline whatever emanates from the =20
new Democratic Unity Roundtable, supported by a significant minority =20
from the ruling party who does know about politics. Otherwise we?ll =20
lose again.
There are circuits where the ruling party has always won by wide =20
margin, as the circuit 7 in Miranda (Santa Luc=EDa - Santa Teresa) since =20
they are not the steak the opposition does not pay enough attention. =20
In the coming days we will be visiting the area to see how we can flip =20
the odds there too. If the opposition loses, it will be due to our own =20
responsibility as we choose to only win in the usual media favored =20
circuits. The state of emergency seeks to rip away potential =20
opposition candidates and favor a win for officialists. They are also =20
campaigning and seeking votes everywhere. The Democratic Unity =20
Roundtable must keep activating around absolutely the whole country =20
with energy, optimism, strength and faith. Skeptics ask: "How do you =20
win National Assembly with traps and continued negotiations between =20
the Democratic Unity Roundtable and the regime?" Activists Respond: =20
With votes. As discontent with officialism entails joining parties =20
ascribed to the Democratic Unity Roundtable and participating in =20
workshops about defense of the vote, opportunities for fraud are =20
minimized. Many people are considering discharging from PSUV and even =20
also from other officialist parties. They are tired of serving as =20
machinery for a regime that failed its promise, and they know that to =20
continue their political lives they need to formally join opposition =20
parties.
The major concentration in September led to the opportunity to provide =20
platform and right of speech to the leaders of the Brave People =20
Alliance, Democratic Action, A New Time, Popular Will, Justice First, =20
Advanced Progressive and Democratic Unity Roundtable. All the speakers =20
were our Democratic Unity Roundtable candidates on electoral campaign =20
to reach the National Assembly. At the end of the event a woman took =20
the microphone to say that Mar=EDa Corina Machado is part of the Unity. =20
As we know now she swung her vote toward divisiveness, a decision was =20
made to cut the audio. This was an act of the Democratic Unity =20
Roundtable and Mar=EDa Corina Machado is a political adversary because =20
now supports external candidates competing against our candidates. The =20
event concluded with a musician who played a four string guitar =20
(cuatro) honoring Leopoldo L=F3pez and political prisoners. Several =20
attendees to the concentration commented outraged that, in her =20
eagerness to permanent leading role, Machado now insists on breaking =20
the unity for which activists tirelessly work for free. She came and =20
was on stage for about ten minutes accompanied by Antonieta Mendoza de =20
L=F3pez in her capacity as a personal friend, to the event, but was not =20
given right to speak. When candidates started talking she evacuated =20
the platform. The Democratic Unity Roundtable is necessary. Several =20
activists of Popular Will commented that we finally no longer bet on =20
divisiveness, instead we build unity as a function of our strength. We =20
continue learning to add.
Unity consists in converging our thoughts towards a single program =20
line. As long as keep ourselves divided we?ll continue sponsoring =20
officialism to apply electoral defeats upon us. The great progress of =20
private American oil industry and the Australian and South African =20
mining industry exemplifies the desirability of providing =20
opportunities for the private sector to take ownership of oil and =20
mineral resources in Venezuela. We fully support for the Democratic =20
Unity Roundtable in Lara state, particularly vulnerable given the =20
unfortunate candidacies, outside our coalition, from cooperating =20
patriotism and other sectors interested in perpetuating the ruling =20
party in power. There participates for Popular Will our acting =20
national political coordinator, Luis Florido, as a candidate on =20
Circuit 1.
During September concentration in Chacao we were particularly pleased =20
by interventions from Delsa Sol=F3rzano, Juan Guaid=F3 and Henry Ramos =20
Allup. We also noted Justice First youth leaders such Hernandez and =20
Pizarro, from the generation of Stalin Gonz=E1lez and Freddy Guevara, =20
all candidates. Certainly the need to legislate in favor of equal =20
marriage will be responsibility of the next National Assembly. For =20
this we count on our candidate Tamara Adrian, who joined the other =20
candidates in the unity podium and looked very cheerful and smiley. We =20
are under the impression that certain personalities exclude =20
themselves, and thus provided the opportunity to consolidate and later =20
expand this unity. We are on the right side of history. It seems that =20
Henrique Capriles Radonski lately shows scenic fright and prefers not =20
to deal with undaunted radicalism. That day he fled to his comfort =20
zone in popular areas. Somehow we understand. Undaunted radicalism is =20
highly intolerant and its demographic ratio is minor, but anyway =20
politicians have to deal with serving the entire electorate. Our =20

Internacional de la Haya, y en cualquier otra instancia multilateral. =20
A dichas instancias acudi=F3 la oposici=F3n venezolana para impugnar las =20
recientes elecciones presidenciales en las cuales hubo fraude. Una =20
comisi=F3n de la ONU ya fue a Guyana y otra a Colombia. El planeta est=E1 =
=20
horrorizado con los conflictos que inventa este r=E9gimen y la comunidad =20
internacional ha decidido prestar todo el apoyo posible a nuestros =20
vecinos. Ahora necesitamos todo el apoyo de Guyana y Colombia para =20
desenmascarar a este r=E9gimen neototalitario e ileg=EDtimo, ya que como =20
estados amigos ellos tienen herramientas que carecemos los ciudadanos =20
comunes.
Repartimos cientos de volantes de Liberen a Leopoldo L=F3pez en la parte =20
alta de Carapita y en el metro. Todos los reciben. Ya casi no quedan =20
oficialistas. En Voluntad Popular contamos con redes populares como =20
estructura fundamental de base para garantizar que el trabajo social =20
desemboque en trabajo pol=EDtico. La c=FApula oficialista responsabiliza a =

sus adversarios de todos los males, buscan cualquier excusa posible =20
para desentenderse de los graves delitos de odio en los que han =20
incurrido a lo largo de sus largas y equivocadas vidas. Absolutamente =20
todo el da=F1o que han hecho se les retribuir=E1 pues fomentaremos una =20
mejor Venezuela con legislaciones que promuevan la justicia y el =20
castigo a la delincuencia. Cuando las leyes son aplicadas =20
estrictamente, la ciudadan=EDa toma conciencia que debe actuar conforme =20
a dicha ley, de lo contrario es sancionada o privada de libertad. =20
Incentivemos el cumplimiento de las leyes. El desprecio por la =20
legalidad ha motivado a muchas personas a cometer delitos y vulnerar =20

homofobia.

am en las inmediaciones del Palacio de Justicia en el centro de =20
Caracas. Gracias a los activistas de Voluntad Popular Lara, Aragua, =20
Carabobo y Vargas por habernos acompa=F1ado en Caracas durante la =20
audiencia de Leopoldo L=F3pez. Gracias a Henry Ramos Allup por haber =20
compartido sus experiencias de su carrera pol=EDtica con Voluntad =20
Popular y reafirmar la Unidad. Coincidimos en mucho. Henry Ramos Allup =20
conversaba con Eduardo Battistini, Luis Florido, Freddy Guevara y =20
conmigo acerca de la necesidad de volver a un congreso bicameral donde =20
se restaure un senado federal adem=E1s de los diputados. Y nos cont=F3 =20
c=F3mo puso en rid=EDculo a quienes lo retuvieron en el aeropuerto de =20
Maiquet=EDa hasta que lo liberaron. Somos testigos que por fin contamos =20
con una Mesa de la Unidad Democr=E1tica muy s=F3lida y cohesionada.
Agradecemos a Ramos Allup que haya compartido largo tiempo en =20
conversaci=F3n sin apuros y sin agenda con quienes nos concentramos =20
cerca del Palacio de Justicia. A diferencia de Julio Borges y Mar=EDa =20
Corina Machado quienes llegaron, se tomaron fotos, declararon a la =20
prensa e inmediatamente se largaron. Nos da la impresi=F3n que Ramos =20
Allup ahora depende de la militancia actual de Voluntad Popular para =20
perpetuar lo positivo que haya quedado de la vieja Acci=F3n Democr=E1tica. =
=20
De lo contrario no hubiese demostrado tanto inter=E9s en compartir en =20
igualdad de condiciones con nosotros. Cuando los pol=EDticos tienen =20
cosas m=E1s importantes que hacer que conectarse con la militancia, =20
arrojan una inconveniente imagen de soberbia. Ramos Allup rejuveneci=F3 =20
mientras Borges y Machado envejecieron. Quien se porte mejor entre =20
Borges y Ramos Allup ganar=E1 la presidencia de la Asamblea Nacional. Se =20
escuchan propuestas alusivas a terceras candidaturas. Por los momentos =20
no parece haber m=E1s nadie sino ellos dos para asumir dicho cargo. =20

Tamara Adrian all=ED nos comentaba que la ausencia de candidaturas =20
oficialistas sexodiversas lamentablemente peg=F3 duro al activismo rojo. =20
La Mesa de la Unidad Democr=E1tica tiene el cr=E9dito de incluir =20
candidaturas sexodiversas que luchar=E1n por la aprobaci=F3n del =20
matrimonio igualitario, promesa inconclusa del PSUV que ha motivado =20
una inmensa migraci=F3n de votos fuera de la revoluci=F3n. La MUD ha =20
acertado en comprender la trascendencia del tema m=E1s importante de =20
esta campa=F1a electoral, que por s=ED solo ser=E1 suficiente para =20
liberarnos de este nefasto castrocomunismo. La prisi=F3n de Guaid=F3 =20
durante algunas horas motiv=F3 a que fuese una de las personas m=E1s =20
aplaudidas en los diversos discursos que pronunci=F3. A las 4 pm nos =20
fuimos de la concentraci=F3n en la iglesia Santa Teresa hacia el frente =20
del Palacio de Justicia donde cantamos el himno nacional en un sitio =20
donde Leopoldo L=F3pez y los alguaciles nos pudieron escuchar. Luego =20
tomamos el metro en cambote gigantesco. Convers=E9 con Freddy Guevara en =20
pleno vag=F3n del metro, y all=ED le coment=E9 en frente de todos los =20
pasajeros c=F3mo fue mi cambio de opini=F3n despu=E9s que vot=E9 por Maduro =
=20
para integrarme a la oposici=F3n. En el vag=F3n Freddy Guevara explic=F3 la =
=20
actividad con su meg=E1fono y llegamos a la Plaza Bol=EDvar de Chacao =20
donde continu=F3 la vigilia.
Hemos llegado a la conclusi=F3n que las palabras "socialistas", "la =20
derecha", etc. son s=F3lo vocablos que los pol=EDticos utilizamos a =20
nuestra entera conveniencia. Muchos se identifican como socialistas =20
porque suena de moda del mismo modo que pocos se identifican como de =20
derecha porque suena feo. Ser socialista en Venezuela es simplemente =20
un clich=E9 de moda para captar votos. Corresponde a los partidos =20
opositores dise=F1ar estrategias in=E9ditas que conduzcan a un discurso =20
que permita un sano debate de propuestas. Muchos oficialistas admiten =20
que la estrategia de Leopoldo de haberse entregado le funciona, pues =20
Maduro solito est=E1 construyendo un nuevo Ch=E1vez cuya popularidad =20
creci=F3 estando preso.
Una semana despu=E9s acudimos nuevamente cerca del Palacio de Justicia. =20
Activistas de Voluntad Popular liderados por concejal metropolitana =20
Gladys Castillo est=E1bamos apoyados por un grupo de Primero Justicia =20
liderado por concejal metropolitano M=E1ximo S=E1nchez, eso nos da =20
esperanza que nuestros partidos seguir=E1n limando asperezas. Hab=EDa un =20
punto rojo con consignas y m=FAsica oficialistas a todo volumen. Antes =20
del mediod=EDa la Guardia Nacional Bolivariana y la Polic=EDa Nacional =20
Bolivariana nos cercaron y abrieron paso a colectivos violentos =20
quienes corrieron a pegarnos con tubos, nos lanzaron botellas, =20
quemaron nuestras banderas, robaron nuestras carteras y celulares e =20
impidieron que se levantaran quienes ca=EDan al suelo. Nuestro activista =20
Horacio Blanco sufri=F3 un infarto y se le neg=F3 ser trasladado con =20
prontitud a emergencias, y lleg=F3 al hospital Vargas sin signos =20
vitales. Algunos grupos debieron resguardarse en comercios cercanos =20
que bajaron sus santamar=EDas. Hemos tomado la decisi=F3n de no responder =
=20
violentamente a quienes fueron violentos contra nosotros, para no =20
proporcionar excusa al r=E9gimen de suspender las elecciones.
Tuvimos la oportunidad de conversar brevemente con Chuo Torrealba, a =20
quien le expres=E9 que oficialistas decentes, aunque todav=EDa consideren =
=20
a Capriles culpable de incitar violencia en 2013 y a Leopoldo culpable =20
de incitar violencia en 2014, ahora les toca considerar a varios =20
liderazgos oficialistas culpables de incitar violencia en 2015. El 33% =20
de los activistas de Voluntad Popular provenimos del oficialismo y es =20
nuestra estrategia ampliar dicho proporci=F3n para seguir creciendo. =20
Necesitamos adecuar nuestras estrategias para convencerlos a unirse a =20
la oposici=F3n comprendiendo de d=F3nde vienen. Muchos opositores ya est=E1n=
=20
identificados con otros partidos o en su defecto aborrecen la =20
pol=EDtica. Nuestro crecimiento se afinca en captar al electorado que =20
votaba por el oficialismo y ahora est=E1 descontento con el PSUV. Los =20
activistas de Voluntad Popular somos irreverentes y no nos =20
amedrentamos por quienes se dicen de oposici=F3n y pretenden imponer =20
agendas de odio. Buscamos todos los derechos para todas las personas.
Nuestras publicaciones son art=EDculos de consumo inmediato y no =20
necesariamente reflejan compromiso de adherencia ideol=F3gica. Reciben =20
un promedio de 4000 visitas diarias via web y llegan a dos millones de =20
suscriptores mensualmente v=EDa correo electr=F3nico. Todas nuestras =20
opiniones son del dominio p=FAblico internacional de modo inmediato y =20
buscan fomentar fruct=EDferos debates que generen cambios en matrices de =20
opini=F3n preestablecidas. Persisten ejemplos de tozudez, con profundos =20
reconcomios y ansias de venganza, que dificultan la inclusi=F3n del =20
chavismo descontento como iguales en una amplia y diversa oposici=F3n =20
mayoritaria. Voluntad Popular a sus cuatro a=F1os ya se presenta como un =20
partido con mayor madurez que lo que nos ten=EDa acostumbrados hasta =20
hace poco. Su r=E1pido crecimiento ha motivado intercambio de ideas =20
frescas entre su nueva militancia y sus fundadores, y nos estamos =20
consolidando como la referencia m=E1s prometedora rumbo al futuro de la =20
Mesa de la Unidad Democr=E1tica y de Venezuela.
Esa semana fue at=EDpica por la culminaci=F3n del juicio contra Leopoldo =20
L=F3pez, pero la semana siguiente retomamos nuestro activismo en el =20
suroeste de Caracas y en los Valles del Tuy. Como es del conocimiento =20
p=FAblico, en ambas zonas hay mucha militancia oficialista que no se =20
siente bien atendida por las autoridades de turno. No dudamos que =20
existan algunas propuestas interesantes en el JPSUV, pero en los =20
circuitos que mencionados sus candidatos son los enchufad=EDsimos =20
Jacqueline Far=EDas y El=EDas Jaua, ninguno de los cuales representa el =20
cambio que todos anhelamos. La palabra "pueblo" es despectiva porque =20
ubica a los ciudadanos como una masa proclive a ser manipulada por =20
c=FApulas corruptas. El continuo deterioro econ=F3mico ha convencido a =20
muchos a retirarse de partidos del Gran Polo Patri=F3tico y =20
recientemente ha aumentado el n=FAmero de inscripciones en partidos de =20
la Mesa de la Unidad Democr=E1tica. El a=F1o pr=F3ximo dispondremos de un =
=20
congreso opositor que contrarrestar=E1 a los dem=E1s poderes.
Nosotros no queremos que se suspendan las elecciones. Queremos =20
participar en ellas contando con observaci=F3n internacional y prevemos =20
ganarlas. Ramos Allup declar=F3 que tenemos altas posibilidades de ganar =20
el voto popular en TODOS los estados porque los bastiones oficialistas =20
de anta=F1o han cambiado contundentemente su preferencia a favor de la =20
Mesa de la Unidad Democr=E1tica. No a=F1oremos otros tiempos pues seguimos =
=20
en la barbarie de siempre. En reg=EDmenes militares y dictatoriales como =20
los de G=F3mez, P=E9rez Jim=E9nez y Maduro se han violado los derechos =20
humanos y nuestros derechos pol=EDticos han sido vulnerados y =20
reprimidos. La agresividad es c=F3mplice del asesinato de Horacio =20
Blanco, activista de Voluntad Popular, quien falleci=F3 producto de la =20
emboscada de las hordas violentas que impunemente disolvieron la =20
concentraci=F3n pac=EDfica que manten=EDamos cerca del Palacio de Justicia.
Vente Venezuela apoya la candidatura de MIN-Unidad en el circuito 3 de =20
Lara. MIN-Unidad apoya la candidatura del PSUV en el circuito 3 de =20
Miranda. =BFSignifica esto que Mar=EDa Corina Machado salt=F3 la talanquera =
=20
a favor del oficialismo? En todo caso aplaudimos que haya desistido de =20
su previo rechazo rotundo al di=E1logo. Cumplimos con advertir al equipo =20
de Mar=EDa Corina Machado much=EDsimas contradicciones desde finales de =20
2013. Dedicamos much=EDsimo tiempo a disposici=F3n de ellos. Nos esmeramos =
=20
en explicarles que la cuarta fase de la salida deb=EDa ocurrir antes que =20
la segunda. Quiz=E1s Mar=EDa Corina Machado necesita conocer al chavismo a =
=20
fondo, ponerse en sus zapatos, como hace a=F1os tomamos esa decisi=F3n =20
cuando nos integramos con los tupamaros. Quiz=E1s eso sea un aprendizaje =20
positivo para ella puesto que su conocimiento actual del pa=EDs es =20
incompleto. Pero va con la tarjeta MIN-Unidad que en el circuito 3 de =20
Miranda respalda al candidato del PSUV William Ojeda quien es el =20
adversario de nuestros candidatos de la Mesa de la Unidad Democr=E1tica =20
Miguel Pizarro y Angel Alvarado.
Todav=EDa no nos recuperamos del estupor cuando ella advers=F3 a Freddy =20
Guevara en el circuito 2 de Miranda, ya que =E9l hab=EDa apoyado a Mar=EDa =
=20
Corina Machado para todo durante 2014. Quien va contra la Mesa de la =20
Unidad Democr=E1tica es oficialista. Incluso en la Mesa de la Unidad =20
Democr=E1tica estamos pendientes de recordar que nuestra tarjeta est=E1 =20
abajo y a la izquierda, la tarjeta MIN-unidad tiene colores parecidos =20
y est=E1 cerca, y desde hace semanas estamos denunciando que es una =20
treta del oficialismo para captar votos opositores que se equivoquen =20
involuntariamente de tarjeta. Pareciera que Mar=EDa Corina Machado sigue =20
el ejemplo de su suplente Ricardo S=E1nchez quien hace meses salt=F3 =20
contundentemente la talanquera. Luego de conversar con Ramos Allup y =20
Chuo Torrealba en d=EDas recientes, los vemos muy claros en su =20
estrategia para asumir el control de la Asamblea Nacional en pocos =20
meses. Es lamentable que Mar=EDa Corina Machado haya decidido romper la =20
unidad y no participar en actividades de consenso con ellos. Ahora =20
s=F3lo le queda apoyar tarjetas financiadas por el oficialismo. Cuando =20
Mar=EDa Corina va, ya estamos viniendo. El divisionismo contra la MUD =20
con el cual ella ahora coquetea hace meses concluimos que es nocivo.
Sugerimos nuevamente a Maria Corina Machado que disciplinadamente =20
regrese al carril unitario si realmente aspira a sumar voluntades para =20
la gobernaci=F3n de Miranda. Pues ella ahora est=E1 con MIN-Unidad, la =20
tarjeta del chavismo que tiene a Petare inundado con costosas campa=F1as =20
publicitarias "Sucre merece algo mejor - hablan las urbanizaciones - =20
Basta de anarqu=EDa. William Ojeda." Mientras que la Mesa de la Unidad =20
Democr=E1tica no dispone de recursos para igualar tanta opulencia =20
publicitaria en ese circuito donde resido. Copei ha tenido la =20
gallard=EDa de olvidarse de su tarjeta y sumar su militancia al servicio =20
de la MUD sin pretensiones de aspirar a ning=FAn cargo, como =20
compensaci=F3n a los bochornosos espect=E1culos que nos ofrecieron a ra=EDz =
=20
de sus diatribas internas en meses recientes. T=E9cnicamente no es una =20
decisi=F3n de Copei sino de los copeyanos destituidos por el Tribunal =20
Supremo de Justicia. La actual directiva de Copei al igual que =20
MIN-Unidad est=E1 =EDntimamente relacionada con decisiones procedentes del =
=20
oficialismo.
Mar=EDa Corina Machado traicion=F3 a quienes la quisimos y apoyamos =20
durante tanto tiempo y ahora le tocar=E1 asumir la soledad. Yo salt=E9 del =
=20
oficialismo a la oposici=F3n y ahora Mar=EDa Corina Machado salta de la =20
oposici=F3n al oficialismo. Con este juego de suma cero nos ser=E1 muy =20
dif=EDcil salir del oficialismo. Justamente para evitar esta =20
controversia en Voluntad Popular decidimos abandonar la aspiraci=F3n de =20
tarjeta mixta y abrazar la tarjeta =FAnica justamente para que el resto =20
de la Mesa de la Unidad Democr=E1tica no nos acusase de oficialistas. Lo =20
relevante es que est=E1n fuera de la Mesa de la Unidad Democr=E1tica por =20
decisi=F3n propia, pues nosotros hicimos lo posible por mantener a todos =20
unidos. Es reciente el recuerdo de c=F3mo perdimos las alcald=EDas de =20
Caracas y de El Tigre, entre otras ciudades, pues la oposici=F3n =20
compiti=F3 con dos candidaturas y eso la debilit=F3 ante una candidatura =20
oficialista triunfante.
Aun cuando Voluntad Popular oficialmente es de centro-izquierda, =20
nuestros activistas reconocen la necesidad de apertura econ=F3mica y de =20
proporcionar oportunidades para la inversi=F3n privada y el libre =20
mercado. Necesitamos los ciudadanos libres y organizados conformar =20
sistemas que suplan las carencias del estado populista, e inculquen =20
cultura, educaci=F3n, principios y valores a beneficio de las nuevas =20
generaciones. Las creencias religiosas var=EDan de religi=F3n en religi=F3n,=
=20
por ese motivo es com=FAn que los pa=EDses recientemente hayan optado por =
=20

Nuestra prioridad es lograr migraci=F3n de votos que iban al PSUV a =20
favor de la Mesa de la Unidad Democr=E1tica. Por ese motivo es crucial =20
entusiasmar a la sexodiversidad del oficialismo que vote masivamente =20
por la oposici=F3n. S=F3lo as=ED lograremos mayor=EDa. Pero vigilaremos que =
=20
los paladines de la homofobia no utilicen a ese nuevo electorado con =20
fines netamente populistas. Cuando la gente se fastidia de un partido =20
pol=EDtico, se quita una franela sucia de un color y se pone una franela =20
limpia de otro color. Las encuestadoras incurren en el negocio de =20
medir ese proceso agregado a nivel nacional. Los homof=F3bicos quiz=E1s =20
elijan votar por el oficialismo que no ofrece candidaturas =20
sexodiversas. Ser=E1n ellos los nuevos saltatalanqueras y culpables de =20
motivar la persistencia de este horrendo castrocomunismo que no nos =20
deja progresar. La prioridad no es que los militantes de oposici=F3n se =20
sigan comportando como tales. Si no buscan ser gobierno seguir=E1n la =20
receta segura a una nueva y aplastante derrota electoral, =20
magistralmente explicada por Jos=E9 Vicente Rangel en su programa de los =20
domingos. No gracias.
Acompa=F1amos a los candidatos Manuel Garc=EDa y Felicidad Villegas por la =

MUD en el circuito 6 de Miranda, municipios Crist=F3bal Rojas =20
(Charallave), Sim=F3n Bol=EDvar (Yare), Lander (Ocumare del Tuy) y =20
Urdaneta (C=FAa) en casa por casa en cerros populares. Casi todas las =20
personas manifestaron haber sido oficialistas y sin embargo nos =20
dijeron que s=ED votar=E1n por la Mesa de la Unidad Democr=E1tica. Es =20
nuestro compromiso seguir el buen trabajo sin equivocarnos para no =20
defraudar la responsabilidad que estamos asumiendo ante ellos. No =20
tenemos acceso a los nuevos urbanismos de la misi=F3n vivienda, pero =20
haremos lo posible por visitar todos los sectores populares =20
tradicionales del circuito durante el resto de la campa=F1a. Es mucho =20
m=E1s sabroso hacer campa=F1a en la calle donde ves gente alegre y =20
esperanzada, que leer en redes sociales las amarguras de quienes nunca =20
han aprendido a hacer pol=EDtica de calle y se limitan a quejarse de =20
todo lo que hacemos los que s=ED pateamos calle. =A1Feliz cumplea=F1os =20
Acci=F3n Democr=E1tica! Los activistas de partidos de la Mesa de la Unidad =
=20
Democr=E1tica congregados esa ma=F1ana en los barrios de Charallave le =20
cantamos cumplea=F1os feliz a ese partido y agradecemos su contribuci=F3n =

a la creciente unidad en curso.
Necesitamos t=E9cnicos, economistas, gente que logre cambiar el rumbo. =20
Por ese motivo participamos en el Equipo Nacional de Activistas (ENA) =20
Gremios de Voluntad Popular, donde los profesionales de m=FAltiples =20
sectores debatimos propuestas de pa=EDs que ayuden a conformar la Mejor =20
Venezuela. En zonas populares de Charallave el equipo de Voluntad =20
Popular se comprometi=F3 a proporcionar pintura, cercas met=E1licas y =20
otros insumos para reparar una cancha deportiva en estado deficiente. =20
Los habitantes de la zona se comprometieron a poner la mano de obra. =20
Para quienes nos acusen de populistas: el PSUV con mucho m=E1s recursos =20
ni siquiera logra ese gesto =BFProponen acaso que esa cancha deportiva =20
siga en estado deficiente por tiempo indefinido? Prometemos lo que s=ED =20
podemos cumplir. No disponemos de tiempo para desperdiciar en =20
discusiones est=E9riles con empantuflados que exigen fotos para creer =20
nuestra participaci=F3n en actividades recientes, a quienes invitamos =20
m=E1s bien a integrarse en los equipos de comunicaciones de la Mesa de =20
la Unidad Democr=E1tica. Necesitamos fot=F3grafos y reporteros que =20
divulguen con mayor =EDmpetu nuestras actividades de calle.
Nuestras energ=EDas est=E1n abocadas en formar la nueva militancia de =20
Voluntad Popular que hemos ayudado reclutar recientemente, y que =20
compensa con creces cualquier baja o amenaza proveniente del =20
majunchismo impert=E9rrito que amenaza salirse de la Mesa de la Unidad =20
Democr=E1tica para seguirle el juego al oficialismo. =A1Fuerza y fe! La =20
Mesa de la Unidad Democr=E1tica en pleno tambi=E9n est=E9 en el lado =20
correcto de la historia, hemos usado el 2014 y parte del 2015 para =20
ventilar diferencias y contradicciones, sin embargo en las parroquias =20
y circuitos r=E1pidamente nos acoplamos cada vez mejor en torno a =20
nuestros candidatos ganadores. El matrimonio igualitario refuerza =20
nuestro lema de todos los derechos para todas las personas. Y =20
ciertamente estamos conversando con gente que pide el almuerzo y la =20
caja de cerveza, en ocasiones se les puede complacer pero por lo =20
general les estamos advirtiendo que el oficialismo pr=F3ximamente =20
llegar=E1 como j=EDbaro con regalos para tentarlos de vuelta a la adicci=F3n=
=20
revolucionaria.
En los sectores populares la gente est=E1 muy centrada en los problemas =20
que requieren soluci=F3n, y no manifiestan la soberbia de clases =20
acomodadas que detr=E1s de un teclado pretenden imponer radicalismos. =20
Muchos oficialistas nos toman tan en serio que votar=E1n por la Mesa de =20
la Unidad Democr=E1tica, hay posibilidades si proseguimos el buen =20
trabajo de ganar los circuitos 6 y 7 de los Valles del Tuy en Miranda =20
que todos hab=EDan dado por perdido. Hacer campa=F1a electoral en sectores =
=20
de clases acomodadas es dif=EDcil: la gente anda de mal humor, te tiran =20
la puerta, y sin tener ninguna experiencia pol=EDtica insisten en exigir =20
a los partidos pol=EDticos c=F3mo debemos proceder. En las clases =20
populares, la receptividad es mucho m=E1s entusiasta. Quiz=E1s estemos =20
observando que las clases acomodadas muy cr=EDticas hacia la oposici=F3n =20
negocian con la reciente boliburgues=EDa del PSUV para cuidar sus =20
intereses econ=F3micos, ya que las grandes mayor=EDas estamos con el =20
cambio que propone la Mesa de la Unidad Democr=E1tica. Hasta ahora la =20
campa=F1a del oficialismo ha consistido en recopilar listados para =20
adjudicaci=F3n de productos.
Ganaremos el circuito 6 de Miranda siempre y cuando persistamos en =20
actividades de calle a nivel local. El barrio cercano al centro de =20
Charallave fue el primero al cual acudimos, sin embargo existen muchos =20
otros barrios que deben ser visitados a los cuales anteriormente no =20
ten=EDamos acceso y todav=EDa no nos conocen. En ese circuito hay muchos =20
nuevos votantes de las misiones vivienda que se construyeron para los =20
damnificados de Vargas durante 1999, los cuales est=E1n inscritos en =20
nuevos centros de votaci=F3n all=ED instalados a los cuales aun no tenemos =
=20
acceso. En Catia es imposible convocar manifestaciones opositoras. =20
Todav=EDa estamos de duelo por el asesinato de Horacio Blanco producto =20
de la campa=F1a de odio financiada por la Alcald=EDa de Caracas. Los =20
abogados del Movimiento Nacional Gremios en Voluntad Popular se =20
encuentran armando el expediente para denunciar la muerte de Horacio =20
Blanco como homicidio en el marco de aplastamiento sistem=E1tico a las =20
movilizaciones de la disidencia.
Quienes sugieren que la Mesa de la Unidad Democr=E1tica no sirve, y =20
parecen tan importantes, tan influyentes y tan respetables, motivan =20
que sus seguidores elijan votar por otras tarjetas, propiciando as=ED al =20
chavismo su meta principal de dividir a la oposici=F3n. En la Mesa de la =20
Unidad Democr=E1tica est=E1n representadas todas las tendencias =20
ideol=F3gicas. Con la actitud de rechazo hacia la Mesa de la Unidad =20
Democr=E1tica desmoralizamos a la oposici=F3n y proporcionamos argumentos =
=20
al oficialismo para seguir gritando no volver=E1n. Leer a los =20
adversarios de la Mesa de la Unidad Democr=E1tica es como leer a =20
cualquier chavista. Parecen odiar a la Mesa de la Unidad Democr=E1tica. =20
Quiz=E1s no los odien, pero tampoco parecen tolerarlos. Pues si no =20
toleras, =BFc=F3mo pretendes que el adversario te tolere? La intolerancia =
=20
es enemiga de la buena pol=EDtica. Por eso mismo en la Mesa de la Unidad =20
Democr=E1tica estamos luchando arduamente para ganar mayor=EDa calificada =
=20
en la asamblea nacional que nos permita remover las cabezas de los =20
dem=E1s poderes p=FAblicos y convocar a la Asamblea Nacional =20
Constituyente, de modo de restructurar por completo los poderes =20
judicial, ejecutivo y legislativo.
No nos convienen divisiones sino absoluta disciplina. El futuro no =20
necesariamente emular=E1 al pasado. Nosotros ahora formamos parte de =20
esto y preferir=EDamos no perder nuestra integridad ni reputaci=F3n con =20
malos negocios. Dicen que en la oposici=F3n no son borregos sino =20
contestones. Por esa falta de disciplina siempre perdemos. =20
Afortunadamente ahora somos millones de antiguos oficialistas =20
militando en partidos de la Mesa de la Unidad Democr=E1tica y estamos =20
siendo exitosos en promover las virtudes de la disciplina, y por eso =20
ahora seremos ganadores. Mientras los contestones y divisionistas se =20
conformar=E1n con perder para ejercer oposici=F3n permanente ya que no =20
quieren gobernar. A los simpatizantes del majunchismo impert=E9rrito les =20
resulta desagradable darse cuenta de trancazo que han seguido =20
estrategias fracasadas durante demasiados a=F1os. Deber=E1n seguir =20
disciplinadamente lo que emane de la nueva Mesa de la Unidad =20
Democr=E1tica apoyada por una significativa minor=EDa procedente del =20
oficialismo que s=ED sabe de pol=EDtica. O de lo contrario perderemos otra =
=20
vez.
Existen circuitos donde siempre ha ganado el oficialismo por ampl=EDsimo =20
margen, como el circuito 7 en Miranda (Santa Luc=EDa - Santa Teresa) y =20
como no son el lomito la oposici=F3n no les presta suficiente atenci=F3n. =
=20
En los pr=F3ximos d=EDas estaremos visitando la zona a ver c=F3mo podremos =
=20
voltear la tortilla all=ED tambi=E9n. Si la oposici=F3n pierde, ser=E1 por =
=20
nuestra propia responsabilidad al s=F3lo ocuparnos de ganar en los =20
medi=E1ticos circuitos de siempre. El estado de excepci=F3n busca tumbarle =
=20
diputados a la oposici=F3n y ganarlos para el oficialismo. Ellos tambi=E9n =
=20
est=E1n en campa=F1a y en b=FAsqueda de votos por todas partes. La Mesa de =
=20
la Unidad Democr=E1tica debe seguirse activando por absolutamente todo =20
el pa=EDs con energ=EDa, optimismo, fuerza y fe. Preguntan los esc=E9pticos:=

"=BFC=F3mo se gana la Asamblea Nacional con las trampas continuadas y las =
=20
negociaciones entre la Mesa de la Unidad Democr=E1tica y el r=E9gimen?" =20
Respondemos los activistas: Con votos. A medida que el oficialismo =20
descontento siga inscribi=E9ndose en partidos adscritos a la Mesa de la =20
Unidad Democr=E1tica y participando en talleres acerca de la defensa del =20
voto, las posibilidades de fraude se minimizan. Mucha gente est=E1 =20
considerando desincorporarse del PSUV e incluso tambi=E9n de otros =20
partidos oficialistas. Ellos est=E1n cansados de servir como maquinaria =20
para un r=E9gimen que no cumpli=F3 lo prometido, y saben que para =20
proseguir sus vidas pol=EDticas necesitan integrarse formalmente en =20
partidos de oposici=F3n.
La gran concentraci=F3n de septiembre propici=F3 la ocasi=F3n para ofrecer =
=20
tarima y derecho de palabra a los liderazgos de Alianza al Bravo =20
Pueblo, Acci=F3n Democr=E1tica, Un Nuevo Tiempo, Voluntad Popular, Primero =
=20
Justicia, Avanzada Progresista y la Mesa de la Unidad Democr=E1tica. =20
Todos los voceros eran nuestros candidatos de la Mesa de la Unidad =20
Democr=E1tica en campa=F1a electoral para llegar a la Asamblea Nacional. =20
Al final del evento una se=F1ora tom=F3 el micr=F3fono para decir que Mar=ED=
a =20
Corina Machado es parte de la Unidad. Como sabemos que ella ahora =20
salt=F3 la talanquera hacia el divisionismo, se tom=F3 la decisi=F3n de =20
cortarle el audio. =C9ste era un acto de la Mesa de la Unidad =20
Democr=E1tica y Mar=EDa Corina Machado es una adversaria pol=EDtica pues =20
ahora apoya a candidatos externos que compiten contra nuestros =20
candidatos. Se procedi=F3 a despedir el evento con un m=FAsico que toc=F3 el=
=20
cuatro en honor a Leopoldo L=F3pez y a los presos pol=EDticos. Varios de =20
los asistentes a la concentraci=F3n coment=E1bamos indignados que, en su =20
af=E1n de protagonismo permanente, Machado ahora se empe=F1a en quebrar la =
=20
unidad por la cual los activistas de manera gratuita trabajamos =20
incansablemente. Acudi=F3 y estuvo en la tarima durante aproximadamente =20
diez minutos acompa=F1ada de Antonieta Mendoza de L=F3pez en su car=E1cter =
=20
de amiga personal, al inicio del evento, pero no se le dio derecho de =20
palabra. Cuando comenzaron a hablar los candidatos desaloj=F3 la tarima. =20
La Mesa de la Unidad Democr=E1tica es necesaria. Coment=E1bamos varios =20
activistas de Voluntad Popular que por fin ya no apostamos al =20
divisionismo sino a la construcci=F3n de unidad en funci=F3n de nuestra =20
fortaleza. Seguimos aprendiendo a sumar.
La Unidad consiste en converger nuestros pensamientos hacia una sola =20
l=EDnea program=E1tica. Mientras sigamos divididos seguiremos auspiciando =
=20
al oficialismo a que nos aplique derrotas electorales. El estupendo =20
avance de la industria privada petrolera americana y de las industrias =20
mineras australiana y sudafricana ejemplifica la conveniencia de =20
proporcionar oportunidades al sector privado para que tomen propiedad =20
de recursos petroleros y mineros en Venezuela. Nuestro total apoyo a =20
la Mesa de la Unidad Democr=E1tica en el estado Lara, particularmente =20
vulnerable dadas las lamentables candidaturas, ajenas a nuestra =20
coalici=F3n, procedentes del patriotismo cooperante y otros sectores =20
interesados en perpetuar al oficialismo en el poder. All=ED participa =20
por Voluntad Popular nuestro coordinador pol=EDtico nacional encargado, =20
Luis Florido, como candidato por el Circuito 1.
En la concentraci=F3n de septiembre en Chacao fueron de nuestro =20
particular agrado las intervenciones de Delsa Sol=F3rzano, Juan Guaid=F3 y =
=20
Henry Ramos Allup. Tambi=E9n observamos liderazgos juveniles de Primero =20
Justicia como Hern=E1ndez y Pizarro, de la generaci=F3n de Stalin Gonz=E1lez=
=20
y Freddy Guevara, todos ellos candidatos. Ciertamente la necesidad de =20
legislar a favor del matrimonio igualitario ser=E1 responsabilidad de la =20
pr=F3xima Asamblea Nacional. Para ello contamos con nuestra candidata =20
Tamara Adrian, quien acompa=F1=F3 a los dem=E1s candidatos en la tarima =20
unitaria y luc=EDa muy alegre y sonre=EDda. Nos da la impresi=F3n que =20
ciertas personalidades se autoexcluyen, y as=ED proporcionan a quienes =20
nos quedamos la oportunidad de consolidar para posteriormente ampliar =20
esta Unidad. Estamos del lado correcto de la historia. Nos da la =20
impresi=F3n que Henrique Capriles Radonski =FAltimamente tiene miedo =20
esc=E9nico y prefiere no lidiar con el majunchismo impert=E9rrito. Ese d=EDa=
=20
huy=F3 a su zona de confort en las zonas populares. De alg=FAn modo lo =20
comprendemos. El majunchismo impert=E9rrito es altamente intolerante y =20
su proporci=F3n demogr=E1fica es minoritaria, pero los pol=EDticos de todos =
=20
modos tenemos que ocuparnos de atender a todo el electorado. Nuestro =20
candidato a diputado por Guarenas-Guatire, Gilber Caro, efect=FAa casas =20
por casa todos los d=EDas en el mencionado circuito y tuvo tiempo de =20
asistir a la concentraci=F3n en Chacao. Incluso fue felicitado por Chuo =20
Torrealba en su condici=F3n de experto como radar de los barrios.
Algunos se quejan que =E9sta generaci=F3n de pol=EDticos es de las m=E1s =20
mediocres y piratas que Venezuela jam=E1s haya conocido. Hacemos lo =20
humanamente posible. No disponemos de presupuesto para efectuar =20
campa=F1as electorales dignas y estamos a merced de un electorado hostil =20
que, a pesar de nuestras mejores intenciones y propuestas, nos critica =20
de modo burlesco y nos efect=FAa exigencias imposibles de cumplir, =20
mientras se niegan rotundamente a conformar parte del voluntariado y =20
de la militancia. Si esos iluminados comprendieran las virtudes de la =20
disciplina y del trabajo en equipo, y dieran el ejemplo de posible =20
buena futura gesti=F3n mediante su estricto apego a la etiqueta de rigor =20
para redes sociales, quiz=E1s dichos iluminados pudiesen conformar una =20
agrupaci=F3n pol=EDtica admisible para los est=E1ndares de la Mesa de la =20
Unidad Democr=E1tica.
Repudiamos la condescendencia de este papa con el dictador Fidel =20
Castro. Este Papa va a acabar con lo que queda de Iglesia Cat=F3lica. La =20
=FAnica esperanza que le queda a la Iglesia Cat=F3lica ser=EDa desistir de =
=20
su obtuso rechazo al matrimonio igualitario. Si no cambian esas normas =20
seguir=E1n perdiendo fieles. Seguramente la iglesia efectuar=E1 un estudio =
=20
de mercado para evaluar la conveniencia de aprobar el matrimonio =20
igualitario. De lo contrario, estar=E1 expuesta a soportar una merma en =20
sus partidas de ingresos contables. La iglesia s=ED tiene fines de =20
lucro. Dispone de una enorme fortuna que le ha permitido, gracias al =20
dinero que recolecta en el extranjero, erigirse como estado soberano. =20
Pues sus principios y ense=F1anzas tradicionales son discriminatorios y =20
contravienen los derechos humanos de muchas personas. Nada exime a las =20
iglesias ser inmunes a multitud de demandas y querellas que puedan =20
adjudicarle las v=EDctimas de discriminaci=F3n.
La homof=F3bica l=EDnea del PSUV prometi=F3 pajaritos pre=F1ados a su =20
precandidato a diputado Leandro Villoria, luego de haber ganado las =20
primarias durante la marcha por el orgullo en julio. Las c=FApulas =20
decidieron imponer a dedo a otra gente. Por ese motivo millones de =20
oficialistas sexodiversos esta vez votar=E1n por la Mesa de la Unidad =20
Democr=E1tica y nuestra candidata de Voluntad Popular Tamara Adr=EDan =20
defender=E1 sus intereses. Por supuesto que es un asunto de la pol=EDtica. =
=20
Ahora disfrutamos todas las hostiles frases que aprendimos de ellos =20
cuando se burlaban de la oposici=F3n. Ahora al oficialismo corresponder=E1 =
=20
durante esta campa=F1a calarse todas nuestras t=E1cticas que conducir=E1n al=
=20
r=E9gimen a asumir una aplastante y humillante derrota electoral esta =20
vez. Dulce de lechoza en la Mesa de la Unidad Democr=E1tica. Durante las =20
campa=F1as electorales, los pol=EDticos solemos dedicar nuestros mejores =20
esfuerzos en ganarlas. En eso consiste nuestro oficio, del mismo modo =20
que los deportistas entrenan para ganar competencias. Y no es por el =20
medio que sea, es espec=EDficamente buscando votos seg=FAn un reglamento =20
previamente conocido por las partes.
Algunos consideran a la Mesa de la Unidad Democr=E1tica como el mal =20
menor. Diferimos de esa percepci=F3n. La Mesa de la Unidad Democr=E1tica =20
es una fascinante coalici=F3n cuya madurez de gesti=F3n progresivamente =20
nos llevar=E1 a la Mejor Venezuela. Desde el 31 de enero de 2014 reposa =20
la propuesta de matrimonio igualitario en la Asamblea Nacional. No ha =20
habido voluntad pol=EDtica por parte de las autoridades actuales en la =20
tolda del oficialismo para discutirla. Por ese motivo esta propuesta =20
es ahora una bandera electoral destinada a captar la votaci=F3n de la =20
sexodiversidad del oficialismo a favor de la MUD. Aqu=ED hay mucho =20
atraso respecto a otras regiones del mundo y urge recuperar el tiempo =20
perdido, sin contemplaciones por la perpetuaci=F3n de privilegios que =20
anhelan los homof=F3bicos. En muchos hogares se inculca la homofobia y =20
es responsabilidad de las escuelas y del estado velar porque los ni=F1os =20
no sean v=EDctimas de violencia dom=E9stica por ese motivo. Este es un =20
tema que no amerita justificaci=F3n, sino simplemente hacer valer =20
derechos y promover legislaciones que los garanticen.
En caso de guerra s=ED defenderemos a Guyana. Nos sentimos bien =20
representados por Granger quien hace por su pa=EDs lo mismo que har=EDa =20
nosotros si estuvi=E9semos en su lugar, es excelente modelo a ser =20
emulado por el pr=F3ximo presidente de Venezuela. Guyana es nuestra =20
hermana rep=FAblica suramericana al igual que Colombia y lo que ocurra =20
de bueno para nuestros vecinos nos favorece a los venezolanos. Renace =20
la controversia mar=EDtima entre Chile y Bolivia. Sinceramente estos =20
pleitos lim=EDtrofes nos parecen pasados de moda y obstruyen la =20
unificaci=F3n americana. No es cuesti=F3n de emigrar a Guyana y defenderla =
=20
desde all=E1, sino ser m=E1s =FAtil generando matrices internacionales de =
=20
opini=F3n desde nuestra sede en Caracas. Caracas se ubica como la ciudad =20
menos amigable del mundo. No nos importa. Es nuestra ciudad y =20
dedicaremos todo nuestro tiempo de vigilia para contribuir al cambio =20
pol=EDtico que traer=E1 un c=EDrculo virtuoso. Aqu=ED la compa=F1=EDa nacion=
al =20
telef=F3nica hoy en d=EDa tarda veinte (20) d=EDas h=E1biles para reparar =
=20
problemas de cableado externo. Por Supuesto la facturaci=F3n sigue =20
intacta.
Oficialistas radicales aterrados no quieren ni imaginarse en manos de =20
qui=E9n quedar=EDa PDVSA. Pues nuestra petrolera deber=EDa ser una compa=F1=
=EDa =20
de capital mixto que cotice sus acciones en la Bolsa de Valores de =20
Caracas. La libertad de expresi=F3n que defiende el oficialismo no es =20
rosa y auspicia groser=EDas, vilipendios y mentiras dentro de l=EDmites =20
ambiguamente razonables. Hemos compartido bloque por bloque en UD2 =20
Caricuao con los candidatos Richard Blanco, Ivlev Silva y Rafael =20
Veloz. Luego se nos uni=F3 Tom=E1s Guanipa en los bloques de la parte alta =
=20
de La Vega. Estamos recorriendo sitios donde antes no pudo llegar la =20
Mesa de la Unidad Democr=E1tica. Cuidado con Min Unidad, respaldan a =20
candidatos oficialistas pero sus activistas visten y reparten volantes =20
