Hello exec team,
Hope you all had a lovely Spring vacations -- looking forward to hearing =
what you were up to! =
To close the academic year, the UA will assemble an end of-the-year report =
delineating all the projects and programs we initiated. This report will be =
distributed to students, administrators, deans and the Office of President =
Reif.
The diligent work of your committees will form a central component of the =
document. Each of your committees will each be allocated 2.5 to 4 pages to =
recapitulate your goals for the year, go over your accomplishments and =
offer recommendations for the future enterprises of your committee. =
To give the officers team enough time to compile the document, I would =
appreciate receiving your individual reports by April 10th. Our check-ins =
and ua-discuss hours will give us the opportunity to redact the content of =
your reports.
I will take this occasion to apologize for not sending the newsletter with =
your summaries to all undergrads. The past few weeks were understandably =
focused on student support and wellness, and it was important =
communications coming from the UA remained concentrated on that topic. =
However, this end-of-the-year report will be a great medium to highlight =
all of our team's hard and impactful work!
