Dear Councilors,
The UA President has called for a Council Meeting to be held on Monday, Feb=
ruary 17, 2014 at 7:30PM. It will be held in W20-400 (the Council Room).
The Preliminary Council Agenda is as follows:
7:30PM: Attendance
7:35PM: Campus Preview Weekend 1AM Event End Time
9:00PM: Adjournment
A more detailed agenda will be sent out on Saturday, February 15, 2014 at 7=
:30PM.
If you are unable to attend the meeting, and would like to send a proxy, pl=
ease send an email to myself and Sidhanth Rao (mattjd@mit.edu and sidhanth@=
mit.edu) by Saturday, February 15, 2014 at 7:30PM.
Minutes for the meeting yesterday evening will be sent out and posted on th=
e UA Website this evening.
