Hi Exec,
Our next autumn themed study break is coming up on *Thursday at 9pm in the
Mezzanine Lounge*. We'll have apple and pumpkin pie, hot chocolate and
cider, and marshmallows, whipped cream and candy canes. Yum :)
*Please do any of the following if you have a few minutes:*
1) *Invite your friends *to the facebook
event<https://www.facebook.com/events/542203755862256/> ASAP,
and share the event on Thursday.
2) Starting tomorrow afternoon, t*ake a few of the posters* on the
newspaper table in the UA office and leave them around your living
group/study spaces.
3) *Remind your friends* and tell them to come eat pie!
*If you want to help out with the study break / make an appearance...*
1) SET UP: *Come to the Mezzanine Lounge between 8:15 and 9PM *to help set
up tables, cut pies, and make cider and hot chocolate.
2) SERVE AND MINGLE: *Drop by the event anytime between 9PM and 10PM* to *talk
to undergrads* about the UA and/or serve hella pie. We'll have 100 pies and
a lot of cider and hot chocolate we'll need to keep refilling. *Please make
an appearance, especially if you want to recruit for your committee.*
3) CLEAN UP: *Help clean up at 10:15PM* ... if you're still around! You can
take the leftover pies/candy/hocho if you help clean up super quickly.
