[Action Requested!] Tonight's Study Break Gameplan...

Hi Exec,
Our study break is in 24 hours!
If you could do any of the following that would be great:
1) *Share* the facebook
event<https://www.facebook.com/events/480819308692648/>sometime
tomorrow. Probably in the evening is best, but whenever you
remember is OK too.
2) *Take a few of the posters* on the newspaper table in the UA office and
leave them around your living group/study spaces.
3) *Remind your friends*!
If you want to help out with the study break / make an appearance...
1) SET UP: *Come early to Coffeehouse between 11:30pm and midnight *to help
*set up* tables / ice cream / start eating ice cream...
2) SCOOP AND MINGLE: *Drop by the event anytime between midnight and 1AM*to
*talk to undergrads* about the UA and/or scoop hella ice cream. We have 4
scoopers! Please make an appearance, especially if you want to recruit for
your committee.
We'll have an area set aside for people to sign up (kind of like a Midway
booth) or you can just mingle at standing tables.
3) CLEAN UP: *Help clean up at 1AM* ... if you're still around! You can
probably take some of the ice cream too if there's any left :)
