Hello Officers and Committee Chairmen,
It's that time of the year and your budgets for the Spring term are due two
weeks from today. (February 4th). You can find past budget examples on the
ua website (http://ua.mit.edu/transparency/budget/).
To streamline the process for me if you could outline your budgets in a
spreadsheet format with the following columns.
- Committee Name
- Expense Type
- Project Name
- Item description
- Approx. people
- Count
- Cost / Item
- Item Subtotal
- Group Subtotal
