It's that time of the year for MIT's Fall Festival Comedy Show!
We are excited to announce this year's comedians, Michael Ian Black and Han=
nibal Buress. Friday, October 5th at 8pm in Kresge Auditorium.
Michael Ian Black began his career soon after graduating from NYU. Since th=
en he has become a multi-talented comedian, actor, director, writer and fil=
mmaker. Some of his notable works have been his role as a lead commentator =
of VH1's "I love the..." series, starring in NBC's tv drama "Ed", and writi=
ng the original screenplay of the 2008 comedy, "Run, Fatboy, Run" starring =
Simon Pegg and Thandie Newton.
Hannibal Buress is a "bright, young talent" hailing from Chicago. Buress's =
trademark style of storytelling with a laid back and peculiar persona has c=
ertainly gained him popularity among his peers. He's appeared on "The Late,=
Late Show with Craig Ferguson" and Comedy Central's "Live at Gotham." Hann=
ibal Buress has been named "Funniest Person in Chicago" by Timeout Magazine=
, and has been listed as one of the top 10 "Comics to Watch" by New York Ma=
gazine.
MIT Pre-sale tickets will go on sale NOW and Open Sale will be September 1=
