Notification of Saferide TV Project

*This message is being sent to formally notify Senate and Exec about the
Saferide TV project (in accordance with section 4.1 of the Cover Letter to
the Fall 2009 Budget).*
This project entails installing a monitor outside W20 near the shuttle
stop. A computer, which will be probably be located in the basement of W20,
will control the display. In particular, the monitor will display waiting
times and current locations for the MIT shuttles. The UA has been
considering this project since last year, and feedback during DormStorm
(Fall 2009) seemed to indicate that many undergraduates would benefit from
the completion of this project.
