Spring Budgets

Hi Exec,
As you know Senate must pass a Spring budget on Dec. 12th.
Before the budget can be presented to Senate, it should be looked over
which is what the Special Budgetary Committee does.
A logical time in the next week to try to get a lot of the budget done
is during or after Monday's exec meeting when everyone is in the office.
I'm not saying Monday is the deadline, but I would appreciate it if as
many people as possible had an initial budget by Monday. That would give
us a chance to look over it and work with you on any changes.
Here are the last 2 budgets for reference.
