Hey Exec,
Bennie and I will be holding "Exec Office Hours" from 6 to 7:30pm on Mondays
in our office (W20-401a). The idea behind these office hours came up at exec
a few weeks ago. While Bennie and I tend to be in the office frequently
anyway, this is an explicit time that you can feel free to come by and talk
to us about UA related things. My original idea for these office hours was
additional face time with the P/VP, but I know that the Communications
Committee will be working on UA wide office hours. If there is interest in
combining these two initiatives or other "Office Hour" type things, feel
free to start a dialogue along those lines.
