I installed xchat in the outland locker for 9.3 Linux and Solaris, since
a few people have asked for it on zephyr in the last few months.
xchat is a graphical IRC client; your other options on Athena for this
are BitchX in outland and chatzilla as part of mozilla.
As always, software in the outland locker is unsupported; however, do
feel free to report bugs or problems to bug-outland@mit.edu, and we'll
see what we can do.
