Mosaic 2.6 in sipb locker

Mosaic 2.6, which used to exist as Mosaic-BETA in outland
has now been installed as Mosaic in the sipb locker,
removing the previous version (2.4) that used to reside there.
Although Mosaic-BETA had been in outland for a while now,
it is possible that problems would arise from the change, so
please send mail to bug-sipb if problems are noticed
(this versions supports foreign language fonts,
but not much else that was in the 2.4 hacked version).
Mosaic-BETA will now be the 2.7beta version of Mosaic
which supports much more authentication/encryption methods
and a few other new things.
