Two new programs have been installed in outland for sun4x_58
and i386_linux24: ytnef and acrossl.
ytnef decodes a microsoft file format called tnef used mostly
for winmail.dat files. The format itself is not particularly
useful for anything, but this program is quite useful if you
happen to get an attachment in tnef format.
acrossl is AcrossLite, a program to view, print, and solve
crossword puzzles in the commonly used format used by
(among others) the New York Times. (See
http://www.fleetingimage.com/wij/xyzzy/nyt-links.html for some
good links to online crosswords, many of which are available
in AcrossLite .puz format.)
Unfortunately, neither of these programs come with manpages,
and acrossl is closed source. (I had to do a LD_LIBRARY_PATH changing
shell script hack for the Sun version of acrossl; someone might
want to check to make sure I didn't mess that up too horribly.)
Enjoy.
