I've updated the lapack locker on Athena to release 3.0 and added Atlas
low-level routines for Sun and Linux. I moved the prior contents of
the locker to the lapack.old locker.
LAPACK is a set of numerical library routines for solving many problems in
numeric linear algebra and matrix applications. Please see
http://web.mit.edu/acs/www/programming.html#Lapack for pointers to
documentation and usage instructions- basic directions are in file
/mit/lapack/README.to-run.
