installed abcde and vorbistools in the outland locker

I installed the program "abcde" in the outland locker.  It automates the
process of ripping a CD of music.

You use it like this:

1) Stick your CD in the computer's drive.

2) cd to the directory where you want your music to be stored.

3) "su" to root.

4) enter the command "abcde" and answer the questions about the CD's
   contents.

5) Let it run for 45 minutes or so.

It's only built for i386_linux24 at the moment.  On the way, I had to
build vorbistools for linux, too.  I installed that in outland as well.
