I've updated the R statistics package on Athena to version 3.3.1, and
all previously installed add-on packages including Bioconductor have
been included. From my message to users:
R 3.3.1 is now available and has been made the default
(type: "add r; R" to run it). To run the RStudio GUI:
add r
rstudio

To run the prior 3.2.2 release now:
add r
R -ver 3.2.2
