The PyMOL molecular visualization system on Athena has been updated to
1.8.2.3. This is an enhanced, commercially supported version with
functionality this is not available in the open source release. To run
it, type:
add -f pymol
pymol
=46rom my message to users:
Pymol on Athena has been updated to version 1.8.2.3.
To run the prior 1.7.6.6 release now, add a "-ver 1.7.6.6" command line
option to the launch command, i.e.:
add -f pymol
pymol -ver 1.7.6.6
