I've updated the Ceylon programming language on Athena to 1.1.0.

Ceylon has been updated to 1.1.0 and this release has been made the
default. To run the prior 1.0.0 release for a limited time:
add -f ceylon
ceylon -ver 1.0.0 compile <options> <moduleorfile>=20
(to compile Ceylon and Java source to modules)
(add "-ver 1.0.0" command-line option for other Ceylon commands)
