I've updated TAO/PETSc on Athena to 3.5.2. From my message to users:
TAO/PETSc on Athena have been updated to release 3.5.2.
PETSc is a suite of data structures and routines for the scalable
(parallel) solution of scientific applications modeled by partial
differential equations.
TAO is software for solving large-scale optimization problems. It uses
an object-oriented design to create a flexible toolkit with strong
emphasis on the reuse of external tools (it is designed to run on top of
PETSc).
The two products which had previously been distributed separately are
now combined in a merged distribution.
