R on Athena updated to 3.1.1

I've updated the R statistics language on Athena to 3.1.1 (the RStudio
GUI has also been updated to the latest release). The installation
includes the same add-on packages that were previously present and
Bioconductor. From my message to users:
R 3.1.1 is now available and has been made the default (type: "add r; R"
to run it). To run the RStudio GUI:
add r
rstudio

To run the prior 3.0.1 release now:
add r
R -ver 3.0.1
