I've updated Fiji/ImageJ on Athena; this is an image processing
application written in Java that incorporates many analysis tools
packaged as plugins. To run it:
add imj-fiji
fiji &
New features are listed at http://rsb.info.nih.gov/ij/notes.html
Unfortunately it may fail to run on the Athena dialups due to memory
limitations.
