I've installed the Integrative Genomics Viewer on Athena. This
application from the Broad Institute is a visualization tool for
interactive exploration of large integrated genomic datasets. To launch
it, type:
add igv
igv
at the Athena prompt. More information and links to documentation are at
http://ist.mit.edu/node/1408#igv
