I've installed Cytoscape on Athena. Cytoscape is a platform for
visualizing molecular interaction networks and biological pathways, and
for integrating these networks with annotations, gene expression
profiles and other state data. To run it, type:
add cytoscape
runcyto
at the Athena prompt. There is more information at
http://ist.mit.edu/node/1408#Cytoscape; please follow the README.athena
link there for information about limitations in using Cytoscape on
Athena.
