I've updated the SGI Macromodel molecular computational Chemistry application
on Athena to release 7.1. To run it now:
add -f schrodinger
macromodel -ver 7.1 (for traditional interface)
maestro -ver 7.1 (for Maestro interface)
xcluster -ver 7.1 (for xcluster utility)
bmin -ver 7.1 <datafile> (to run bmin batch file processor)
(please note that in earlier releases, "bmin" was named "bmin.auto")
Documentation, in multiple formats, is located below
/mit/schrodinger_v7.1/distrib/docs.
Due to the licensing system in use, this will only run on machines on certain
subnets, mostly in the Chemistry department (the exact list is in the license
file /mit/schrodinger_v7.1/distrib/license).
