I've updated the R statistical package on Athena to 2.15.1. From my
message to users:
R 2.15.1 is now available and has been made the default (type: "add r;
R" to run it). New in this release is a GUI front-end to R, RStudio. To
run it:
add r
rstudio
For information about RStudio see http://rstudio.org/docs/
It is likely that you won't be able to run this R release, which was
built for debathena-precise, on older debathena releases due to library
version issues. In that case you may need to run the prior 2.14.1
release which is still available. To run it now:
add r
R -ver 2.14.1
