As many of you know, ops has developed a new web gateway for discuss.
The new gateway is available on diswww.mit.edu port 80 (but also
supports port 8008 for backward compatibility with the SIPB gateway.)
The reason for the development of the new gateway is that it will
proxy certificate authentication (via https) to discuss authentication
for any private meeting that has daemon.diswww@ATHENA.MIT.EDU on the
