Pine, a mail client installed in the sipb locker, has been upgraded to
version 4.30. It includes various bug fixes and features, which can
be read about by reading the Release Notes ([R] from the Main Menu).
Pine 4.30L is still configured to automatically incorporate users' mail
from their mail server into their Athena homedir. If users wish to use
the IMAP features of the mailservers, they can run "pine-imap", which
leaves mail on the server and accesses the mail via the IMAP port of the
mailservers.
