I've installed Fiji on Athena. Fiji is a distribution of the Open Source
ImageJ image processing and analysis application. It is bundled with
Java, Java 3d and many plugins and examples. The principal application
area is the Life Sciences.
To run it:
add imj-fiji
fiji &
