The IMSL Numerical Libraries at MIT have been licensed under a 3 year
license that expires on January 6, 2012 and will not be renewed.
The libraries contain a timeout key that will expire on that date.
After that time, you won't be able to link against the libraries
obtained from these sources, AND any binaries you have created by
linking against them will cease to function.
A variety of options exist for purchasing your own license for these
products or for transitioning to others, some of which are available
at no cost. A number of compiler vendors, including Intel, bundle
these libraries with a compiler license purchase.
