texmacs fixed on Athena

I've fixed the texmacs TeX-based document processing application for
debathena 64/32 bit machines (it had been broken). Running sessions of
Maple, Matlab and Mathematica inside it should all work. To run it:
add texmacs
texmacs &
Running sessions of other applications (gnuplot, maxima, octave...) may
or may not work (octave doesn't), because the scripts that configure
these are very obsolete and haven't been updated.
The reason it's in a locker and not installed from the Ubuntu package is
that the scripts that set up the math applications above need a lot of
customization.
