I've installed COPASI on Athena. COPASI is a bioinformatics application
for simulation and analysis of biochemical networks and their dynamics.
There is a home page at http://www.copasi.org/tiki-index.php and a local
manual at http://web.mit.edu/copasi_v4.6/CopasiUserGuide-20090413.pdf.
To run the GUI:
add copasi
CopasiUI &
