I have updated the Spatial Statistics add-on to the Splus statistics package
on Athena to release 1.5. From my online message announcing this to users:
The Splus Spatial Statistics add-on module has been updated to release
1.5 on all platforms. New or changed functions/classes include:
anisotropy.plot, check.islands, find.neighbor, Glasgow.neighbor,
Glasgow.SMR, Kenv, Khat, krige, Lhat, make.pattern, model.variogram,
plot.spatial.neighbor, plot.vgram.fit, points.in.poly, poly.grid,
predict.krige, spatial.neighbor, spatial.neighbor.object, spatial.solve,
summary.spatial.neighbor, triangulate, variogram.cloud, variogram.fit.
Documentation for all of these except plot.vgram.fit can be found
within the online help system under Spatial Statistics. plot.vgram.fit
is missing from the documentation. This function plots a vgram.fit
object, usually the result from a call to variogram.fit. There is one
required argument, an object of class "vgram.fit". Contact
alexp@mit.edu for hardcopy documentation for this function if you need
it.
