The R statistics package on Athena has been updated to 2.11.1, with a 64
bit Ubuntu version included. The previously installed add-on packages
are also installed, including Bioconductor. TO run it:
add -f r
R

R 2.11.1 is now available and has been made the default (type: "add -f
r; R" to
run it). To run the prior 2.10.1 now:
add -f r
R -ver 2.10.1
