I've updated VMD on Athena to 1.8.7. VMD is an application for visualization
and analysis of biological macromolecules such as proteins, nucleic acids,
lipid bilayer assemblies etc. To run it:
add vmd
vmd
From my message to users:
VMD 1.8.7 is now available and has been made the default. To run the
prior 1.8.6 now:
add vmd
vmd -ver 1.8.6
