LyX, a graphical word processing package based on LaTeX found in the
outland locker, has been updated to version 1.0.2 for Solaris, Irix,
Linux, and NetBSD. Information on changes from the previous version can
be found in /mit/outland/src/lyx/CHANGES.
To run LyX, type:
add outland
lyx &
at your athena% prompt. More information on LyX is available from
http://www.lyx.org. Please report any problems to bug-outland@mit.edu
