xwrits, a new program which reminds you to take wrist breaks, has been
installed in the outland locker for dec, rsaix, and sun platforms.
This blurb is from the manpage:

xwrits reminds you to take wrist breaks (to try and prevent repetitive
stress injuries). It stays dormant until you should take a wrist break.
Then it pops up an X window displaying a wrist in pain. You click on it,
and go take a wrist break: stretch your hands, massage your wrists, read
a book, see the sun, etc.; meanwhile, the wrist relaxes too. When your
break can be over, the hand points forward into the future. You click on
it when you sit back down to work, and it goes back to sleep until you
should take your next wrist break! The end.

love,
ed
