I've updated Mathematica on Athena to 6.0.2. From my message to users:

Mathematica 6.0.2 has been installed on Athena for Sun and Linux machines. You
can run it now by typing "add math", followed by:

        mathematica -ver 6.0.2 & (for the GUI interface)
        math -ver 6.0.2          (for the command-line interface)

This release incorporates bug fixes, and some additional functionality,
notably in the online help system. For more information see

We plan to make it the default after the end of the current semester.
