Updated MySQL in 'mysql' locker

The mysql locker now contains MySQL 5.0.45 (both server and client;
all binaries that are provided by the stock source package) for Linux
and Solaris.
The old MySQL 4/Solaris binaries are still available for older arches,
in case they are needed for compatibility reasons.
